Turkey and Lithuania will face off on Sunday for fifth place at the U20 European Championship after collecting victories in the classification round for fifth to eighth place.
Ilkan Karaman scored 19 points and Deniz Kilicli added 12 points as Turkey knocked off Croatia 78-59.
Nikos Pappas made 9 of 12 free throws in the final 1:35 and Georgios Bogris collected 17 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks to guide hosts Greece into the semi-finals of the U20 European championship with a 77-68 victory over Croatia.
Pappas led all scorers with 18 points while Kostas Sloukas added 16 points, six rebounds and four assists and Kostas Papanikolaou chipped in 12 points for the Greeks, who will face Spain in Saturday's semis.
Miro Bilan had 18 points and 16 rebounds and Bojan Bogdanovic poured in 18 points as Croatia advanced to the quarter-finals of the U20 European Championship with a 75-62 victory over Turkey.
Bogdanovic added eight rebounds and three assists while Karlo Vragovic scored 16 points for Croatia, who finished the qualifying round Group F with a 3-2 record.
